Try being a Vegeterian!
Why not in your lifetime try and be a vegetarian, give up the meat and maybe the fish. It’s a difficult challenge but you may find that it doesn’t make a huge difference to your diet when you can still eat much of what you used to. You may even find you feel healthier for it, eating more vegetables!
Once you’ve tried this you could try other diets to see what they are like as well, like being a vegan or a fruitarian. This could give you a greater idea of what people may go through in preparation for their meals everyday.
